Caring for others can be meaningful, but it can also feel exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely at times. This weekly circle offers a space to pause, connect, and explore simple tools for stress relief, emotional support, boundaries, and self-care because your well-being matters too.

Teens are so stressed these days with school, the pressure to be perfect, sports and other responsibilities. We have created a safe group where they can come relax, learn they are not alone, meet new friends and learn Stress Management tips. Each week will have a different discussion topic led by Kassie Simpson who chooses a topic which is relevant to teens today. This group is for ages 14-17.

This is also a Recycle Event! Bring items you no longer need to donate to Goodwill. Their truck will be in the parking lot throughout the Yard Sale.
