Montgomery Co. Manufacturing Facility To Shut Down, 89 Jobs Lost
All employees at the local facility will lose their jobs.
LIMERICK TOWNSHIP, PA — A Montgomery County manufacturing facility will shut down over the next year, leading to job losses for 89 people, according to a WARN Notice published by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor.
The shut down is happening at Dometic, which produces "mobile-living" equipment and technology for RVs, vans, and boats.
The facility, located on 640 North Lewis Road in Limerick, will begin to shut down on Sept. 21. Doors will close permanently on March 31, 2027.

The company did not give a reason for the closure.
The Sweden-based manufacturer has 23 facilities in 11 countries.
