Spring-Ford HS Grad Competes On American Idol, Wins Golden Ticket

2017 Spring-Ford graduate Aubrey DeMedio will appear on national television this Sunday night.

ROYERSFORD, PA — A local teen singer is heading to Hollywood - and national television - after impressing judges like Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie at auditions for American Idol.

2017 Spring-Ford graduate Aubrey DeMedio will appear on national television this Sunday night at 8 p.m. after being selected to advance to the next round.

DeMedio, 18, of Schwenksville, is now a freshman at Millersville University, according to 6ABC.
