Man Charged In Lower Bucks County Bar Burglary

A Levittown man is in custody following a burglary at a popular Lower Southampton Township bar in November.

LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Levittown man has been charged in the burglary of a popular township pub in November, police said.

The Lower Southampton Township Police Department has identified the Nov. 20 intruder at Wilson’s Pub as 56-year-old Richard C. Sturts of Levittown.

Sturts is charged with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass.

Sturts is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility. He will be arraigned, and bail will be set. A court date will be scheduled in the near future.

Police had posted photos when the crime happened of the burglary of Wilson's Pub, located on 1870 Brownsville Road in Trevose Heights. Police said Sturts fled in a Honda.
