GVCO Hosts "Battle of the Badges" Blood Drive to support the Red Cross
Community Members can donated blood, support local first responders, and help meet critical hospital demand on March 23rd.
The Great Valley Community Organization (GVCO) is proud to host an upcoming American Red Cross blood drive with a little friendly competition built in.
On Monday, March 23, from 2:00–7:00 PM, community members are invited to donate blood at GVCO, located at 51 N. Bacton Hill Road in Malvern, and take part in the “Battle of the Badges.” Donors will have the opportunity to cast a vote for their favorite local police or fire department. The department with the most votes will earn bragging rights and a trophy.
“Battle of the Badges” adds a fun and meaningful way for the community to rally behind our local first responders while helping ensure hospitals have the blood supply they need.
