Empirical Embrace Counseling offers therapy services for those struggling with issues such as eating disorders, body image dissatisfaction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief disorders, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We offer a variety of evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, CBT-e, ERP, PE, etc. <br /><br />At EEC, the single most important thing is the relationship we share with each individual client - which is why rapport building is always the first goal. If you are going to trust us with these treatments, we want you to trust us as human beings too. <br /><br />We currently have no wait list and are offering in-person sessions in PA and virtual options for PA, DE, and NJ.
