LAMBERTVILLE, N.J. — In celebration of Shad Fest, Owowcow’s Lambertville store will be selling a limited weekend special built around a playful fish-themed dessert.
The Fish Stick Pops will be available Saturday and Sunday during Shad Fest, the city's celebration of the Shad.
“Stop in Saturday and Sunday because we’re serving up something fishy for the occasion!” the shop posted on social media.

The Fish Pops feature malted Indonesian vanilla ice cream dipped in a crunchy Biscoff coating and rolled in cinnamon sugar. It is served with two sauces for dipping: Cheesecake Pistachio Tartar Sauce and Strawberry Habanero Cocktail Sauce.
