Newtown Township Police responded to the accident scene at 11:48 a.m. Police reported that the crash occurred on Second Street Pike between Swamp Road in Wrightstown and Twining Road in Northampton Township. Police said that two vehicles were involved in the collision and that there were injuries. The roadway has now been cleared and has reopened to traffic, according to police.
