Bucks Breaks Ground For Center Of Advanced Technologies
Located on the Gene and Marlene Epstein Campus in Lower Bucks, the facility will help students launch careers in the HVAC field.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Bucks County Community College officials and local elected representatives were joined by recent graduates of the College’s Building and Construction Trades Pre-Apprenticeship program on Friday for a HVAC lab groundbreaking ceremony at the college’s Gene and Marlene Epstein Campus at Lower Bucks in Bristol.
The new specialized learning space will teach students how to install, operate, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in both indoor and outdoor spaces to reflect actual working conditions.

The in-demand HVAC training program is a 12-week course that includes classroom theory and hands-on skills development. Instruction includes U.S. Department of Energy’s Industrial Training & Assessment Center energy efficiency training.

The HVAC lab project was designed by Lenhardt Rodgers Architecture + Interiors based in Fort Washington.
