Driver Faces DUI Charge In Upper Makfield After Passing Out In A Driveway
Police also arrested a driver wanted out of Philadelphia after finding him sleeping inside his car at Washington Crossing Historic Park.

UPPER MAKFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A driver was found passed out in a driveway off of Eagle Road Saturday morning.
Around 7 a.m., a resident reported seeing a vehicle parked at the end of their neighbor’s driveway on Eagle Road and a man who appeared to be passed out on the ground near the car.
As a result of an investigation, police arrested the driver for DUI. "Apparently, the driver was on their way home when they felt sick, so they pulled over, got sick, and then passed out."

Also over the weekend, police found a driver sleeping in their car at Washington Crossing Park.
While officers were conducting an investigation, they discovered that the driver was wanted by the Philadelphia Police Department for a Protection From Abuse violation.

The driver was taken into custody and turned over to the Philadelphia Police Department.
