'Decomposed' Body Found Inside Home In Philadelphia: Police

PHILADELPHIA — An investigation is underway after "decomposed" human remains were found Wednesday inside a Northeast Philadelphia home, police said.

The remains were inside a home in the Frankford neighborhood, on the 1500 block of Foulkrod Street, police said.

Officers responded to the location around 12:15 p.m., and medics pronounced the person dead minutes later.
