PHILADELPHIA — Six people are facing charges after authorities say they ran an organized identify theft-based fraud scheme that stole from dozens of victims.

The Philadelphia-based "All Money Counts" criminal organization stole victims' IDs, passports and other personal information, according to the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (OAG).

They'd use that information to make bank account withdrawals and credit/debit card transactions, authorities said.

Investigators have identified more than 40 victims and over $75,000 in attempted or successful thefts. More victims are likely unaccounted for, said Attorney General Dave Sunday.

"This criminal group was organized and coordinated in how they targeted unsuspected Pennsylvanians for thefts," Sunday said in a statement.

Led by Brandon J. Greisser, the group referred to themselves as "All Money Counts" or "AMC," the OAG said.

Greisser and four co-defendants are in custody. The OAG identified them as Zachery Michael Pratt, Erik P. Simmons, Liam Kuchman and Andrew C. Fisher.

A sixth person, who the OAG didn't publicly identify, is being sought as of Tuesday afternoon.

This week, the suspects were charged with corrupt organizations, identity theft, unlawful use of a computer, conspiracy and several other felonies.

Anyone who may have fallen victim to identity theft or fraud should contact their local police department, the OAG said.
