Man Who Shot Innocent Bystander Captured In Conshohocken: Police

U.S. Marshals tracked the man to Conshohocken last week.

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A man who shot an innocent bystander in Philadelphia was captured in Conshohocken last week, federal authorities said.

Nicola Cutrone, 33, of Bridgeport, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on the 1300 block of Colwell Lane.

Police said the charges date back to Nov. 30, 2025.

Cutrone was involved in an undisclosed altercation and let off weapon, missing the target but hitting someone not involved in the incident, police said.

He's been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and numerous firearms charges.

Cutrone was booked at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility after failing to post $750,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is set for March 11.
