CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — The new Italian eatery and pub Rick's Tavern will open up in Conshohocken on May 28, owners announced.

The casual spot at 201 W. Seventh Avenue, the former location of Pizza Time and Old Time Saloon, will pay homage to its former tenants and will continue to serve their pizza.

It will be run by Rick and Gale Mahoney, the restaurateurs behind the borough's iconic Guppy's Good Times.

“We have been hard at work putting the finishing touches on Rick’s Tavern and can’t wait to introduce Conshohocken to a modern dining experience that perfectly blends Italian tradition with artisan inspiration from our talented chef Derek Davis,” co-owner Gale Mahoney shared.

The menu features antipasto like classic meatballs and Italian nachos, entrees like whole roasted spatchcocked chicken to share, house-made pasta dishes, and daily ravioli specials. There are also hoagies, cheesesteaks, burgers, and, of course, pizza.

The May 28 grand opening will feature live music, a full menu until 10 p.m., and a bar until 11 p.m. Walk-ins will be accepted all night.
