Jennelle Jamison has been promoted to executive director at Chestnut Knoll, a personal care and memory care community in Boyertown.

Jamison is a familiar face to residents, families, and team members at Chestnut Knoll. She previously served as the community’s director of staff development and resident care for 12 years before her 2024 promotion to assistant executive director at sister community Keystone Villa at Douglassville.

“Jennelle’s experience, dedication, and commitment to person-centered care make her an excellent fit to lead Chestnut Knoll,” said Shawn Barndt, regional director of operations for Heritage Senior Living. “Her familiarity with our residents, families, and team members, along with her leadership experience across our communities, will allow her to continue building on the strong foundation at Chestnut Knoll.”

She has also coordinated care between internal teams and external providers to help meet residents’ ongoing needs.

In 2023, Jamison completed training to become a personal care home administrator. She also holds certifications as an individual trainer and coach of Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care.
