Radnor Day Camp Celebrating 85 Years This Summer, Registration Open Now
Radnor Day Camp is six weeks of arts and crafts, sports and games, swimming, field trips, performing arts, water games, and more.
RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Registration for the Radnor Township Parks and Recreation Department Radnor Day Camp is now open.
The six-week program runs Monday through Friday from June 22 to July 31. Camp will not be held July 3. Hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with half-day programs running from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Children and Teens entering first through ninth grades can attend Radnor Day Camp.

All events will be held at Radnor High School, 130 King of Prussia Road
Families can also opt in for aftercare daily from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Radnor Day Camp launched in 1941 and features an inclusive camp setting comprised of structured activities with an array of benefits impacting physical, emotional, and social well-being.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the 85th year of Radnor Day Camp and invite families to be part of a tradition filled with friendship, growth, and unforgettable memories," Radnor Township Recreation Program Supervisor Bekir Altunbas told Patch.
Campers will enjoy a wide variety of weekly activities, including arts and crafts, sports & games, swimming, field trips, performing arts, special guests, water games, critical thinking, problem solving, and more. The camp includes indoor and outdoor activities with a focus on outdoor recreation and games that meet varying interests and abilities.
"At Radnor Day Camp, we are proud to offer inclusive programming that meets campers where they are, celebrates their strengths, and creates meaningful summer experiences for every child," Altunbas said.
Radnor Day Camp is led by esteemed, professional, and enthusiastic staff from the Radnor community and surrounding areas.
Registration is for the full six weeks of Radnor Day Camp. Modified fees are available for campers who attend Radnor Township School District's Extended School Year, Literacy Camp, Social Skills Camp, or English Language Development programs.
All pricing options below include daily bus transportation, weekly swimming, field trips, pizza lunch Fridays, Kona Ice days, a camper T-shirt, Radnor Day Camp curriculum, and special events.
Registration options:
- Full-Day — $2,475 (non-residents $2,505)
- Half-Day — $2,065 (non-residents $2,095)
- Radnor Township School District Extended School Year (ESY)* — $2,275
- Radnor Township School District Literacy/Reading Camp* — $2,275
- Radnor Township School District English Language Learners (ELD)* — $2,275
- Radnor Township School District Social Skills Camp* — $2,275
Additional camper T-shirts $12.
Those registering three or more children in a household can get $50 off per child.
Campers can be registered for aftercare for the entire summer or day-to-day aftercare, subject to availability. Aftercare is dependent upon the number of participants and may be canceled or modified if minimum registrations are not met.
Aftercare Registration options:
- Full-Time Aftercare, daily from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. — $525
- Half-Time Aftercare, daily from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. — $290
- Drop-In Aftercare** — 4 p.m. $20/day; 5 p.m. $30/day
