Man Wanted For Main Line Shooting, Impersonating Police Gets Arrested: DA
The suspects activated lights and pulled the victim driver over before opening fire and shooting the victim in the chest, investigators say.
TREDYFFRIN, PA — A man wanted for impersonating police in a plot that led to a shooting in Tredyffrin was arrested earlier this month, authorities said Monday.
Tuften Green was arrested June 3 — months after the shooting that injured a man in late March along the Pennsylvania Turnpike, officials said. The other two suspects were arrested April 21.
On March 28, State Police were notified of a shooting near the Valley Forge Service Plaza. Inside a minivan with bullet holes, troopers discovered the driver had been shot in the chest, authorities said.

The man was treated for his injuries at Paoli Hospital.
Two family members, including a 3-year-old, were inside the victim's vehicle, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.

Investigators learned that the family was returning home from Philadelphia when they noticed a black Suburban following them. As they traveled westbound on the Turnpike, the Suburban activated red and blue emergency lights while a Honda CR-V followed close behind, authorities said.
Two men wearing all black approached the victim's vehicle. One wore a hat that said "Police," according to investigators. The suspects demanded the victims' licenses, but they victims asked for their badge numbers and threatened to call 911.
As the victims drove away, two suspects fired at the vehicle, authorities said. One of them struck the driver in the chest and hit the side of the car multiple times.
The car had six bullet holes and three windows shot out. Five shell casings were found on the northern shoulder of the roadway, authorities said.
Police identified the suspects as Green, 31, of Drexel Hill; Roberto Morel, 51, of Drexel Hill; and Terrell Adams, 38, of Philadelphia.
Green was charged with attempted murder, robbery, aggravated assault and related charges. He remains jailed after being denied bail on June 4.
