Bristol Road Closing For Construction Next Week
PennDOT said that utility construction will begin on the stretch of the road in Lower Southampton Township starting on Monday.
LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Construction starting on Monday will close a stretch of Bristol Road next week, PennDOT said.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that the Upper Southampton Municipal Authority will perform utility construction on Bristol Road.

- Monday, Sept. 14, through Friday, Sept. 18, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Bristol Road will be closed and detoured between Buck Road and Bustleton Pike. During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Buck Road, Bridgetown Pike, and Bustleton Pike.
Local access will be maintained.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area or through the detour route because backups and delays may occur.
