UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The Upper Southampton Township Police Department is alerting residents that Centennial school bus violations they may be receiving from an out-of-state address are not a scam.

A few months ago, the Centennial School District adopted the School Bus Safety Program, which uses cameras on school buses to capture video and images of vehicles not stopping or going around stationary school buses with active red blinking lights.
