Five Ponds Golf New Clubhouse Plans Progressing
Warminster Township officials are taking bids for construction of a new clubhouse at the golf course off Street Road.

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — Plans are progressing for the new clubhouse at the Five Ponds Golf Course.
The Warminster Township Board of Supervisors and Spirit Golf – Sports Facilities Companies have announced that the public bidding process is now underway for construction of the clubhouse.
The new clubhouse at the Five Ponds Golf Club at 1225 W Street Road will include a second-floor wedding and events space as well as the traditional golf course bar and restaurant area with patio on the first floor.

"The Township believes this project will make the golf course an important asset for the community for the next 50 years," Township Manager Tom Scott said.

Township officials are planning a "controlled burn" of the old clubhouse later this month.
The Warminster Township Fire Companies will conduct live fire training exercises at the former clubhouse at the Five Ponds Golf Course at 1225 W Street Road from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 25.
Following concerns raised by residents in the townhomes around the golf course clubhouse and a meeting on Tuesday night, township officials have disclosed details about the "controlled burn."
