McDonald Elementary School Principal Replaced
The Centennial Schools Superintendent informed the community on Tuesday that the interim principal is taking over, effective immediately.
WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — The McDonald Elementary School has made a change at the top of its administration, school officials said.
Centennial Schools Superintendent Abram Lucabaugh sent an email to the McDonald Elementary School community Tuesday morning to state that Diana Garaitonandia is not the principal at this time.
Lucabaugh said that Assistant Principal Michael Van Buren will serve as interim principal, effective immediately.

"Mr. Van Buren will ensure school operations, leadership, and educational services continue with interruption," the superintendent said. "Our priority remains maintaining a stable, supportive, and positive learning environment for all students and staff."

No reason was given for why Garaitonandia is no longer principal.
Centennial School Board President Patti Crossan told Patch on Tuesday that the principal's departure was a personnel matter and would not comment any further.
