Days Of Thunderstorms Threaten Philly Region: Weekend Forecast
The National Weather Service of Mount Holly is forecasting more chances of showers and thunderstorms on Friday and over the weekend.
PHILADELPHIA — After days of extreme heat to start the month, we've now entered the stage where there's a daily dose of storms and showers to somewhat cool off the humidity.
The National Weather Service of Mount Holly is calling for chances of more rain and thunderstorms this weekend, the same menu the Philadelphia region has received over the past few days that caused warnings and watches for flash flooding.
Heat and humidity will be the story once again Friday too, just as over the past few days, and those conditions may produce some gusty thunderstorms later Friday.

While a flood watch was issued on Thursday in the region, rainfall was limited, sparing most communities of any reported damage, other than the sporadic report of a downed tree.
One thing no one has to worry about over the next few days are temperatures reaching triple digits.
