THEFT — 5700 block of Spruce Mill Drive, reported at 8:41 p.m. The complainant reported a previous co-owner of their business had removed $1,050 from their business checking account.

ATTEMPTED MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT — 500 block of Kathy Drive, reported at 3:51 a.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) forced entry into their vehicle, damaged the dashboard, and attempted to reprogram the key fob. Investigation ongoing.

Dec. 30

DRUG ARREST — Oxford Valley Road and Big Oak Road, reported at 10:15 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of crack pipes. The 54-year-old male driver from Lower Makefield Township was taken into police custody.

IDENTITY THEFT — 1600 block of Hunters Court, reported at 12:21 p.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) used their information to apply for student aid.

IDENTITY THEFT — 100 block of Hyde Park Place, reported at 12:53 p.m. The complainant reported receiving a letter in the mail requesting their OLN and signature to switch their political party per their online request. The complainant did not make this request.

Dec. 28

THEFT — 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Shop Rite, reported at 7:08 a.m. The manager reported the theft of an electrical supply cable to an outdoor freezer that was taken sometime on Dec. 27.

SOLICITING WITHOUT PERMIT — 500 block of Kings Road, reported at 4:21 p.m. The complainant reported a solicitor for a mobile oil change company soliciting without a permit. He was advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

Dec. 26

FRAUD — 2000 block of Waterford Road, reported at 11:33 a.m. The complainant reported providing an HVAC contractor over $6,000 in August 2025 for services that were not performed. Police are investigating the incident.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE ARREST — Route 1 and Oxford Valley Road, reported at 1:31 p.m. The complainant reported on Dec. 23 that his vehicle was involved in an accident at the location by an employee who did not have permission to operate the vehicle. A warrant was issued for the 42-year-old man from Trenton, N.J. for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and related charges.

Dec. 24

RETAIL THEFT — 900 block of Vansant Drive at Wegmans, reported at 3:37 p.m. Loss Prevention reported an unknown person(s) entered the store and removed $246.94 worth of merchandise without paying. The suspects fled in a blue Fiat 500 with a New Jersey registration plate. An investigation is ongoing.

Dec. 23

THEFT — 1200 block of Knox Drive, reported at 12:45 p.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) created fraudulent checks using their banking information. Two checks were
attempted to be cashed, but were denied. An investigation is ongoing.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — 1500 block of Yardley Road, reported at 4 p.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) threw a rock at their mailbox and damaged it.

WORTHLESS CHECKS — 1800 block of Makefield Road, reported at 4:20 p.m. The complainant reported receiving three fraudulent checks amounting to over $1,200.
