New Morrisville Schools Superintendent To Greet Public

MORRISVILLE BOROUGH, PA — The School District of Borough of Morrisville is inviting the public to meet its new schools superintendent.

Morrisville school directors are inviting all staff and community members to a special community forum on Thursday night to meet Schools Superintendent Daniel Clara.

School officials said that Clara will present his vision for the district's schools and engage in community dialogue.

The forum is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday at the Morrisville High School Auditorium at 550 West Palmer Street.

Clara rose to the top of a field of 24 applicants on the strength of a 30-year career built around consistent results delivered for students, said the Bucks County Intermediate Unit, which conducted the search of behalf of the school district.

Clara served as an assistant schools superintendent in the Southmoreland School District near Pittsburgh for the past six years, helping guide Southmoreland into Pennsylvania’s Great Schools program in 2025.
