AccuWeather is advising people of all ages, regardless of their health and physical activity, to stay hydrated and limit alcohol intake, because it can cause dehydration.

In addition to the heat, it will be dry. From Saturday through the Fourth of July, which is Wednesday, there is very little chance of rain in the current forecast, according to the Weather Channel. The NWS says there is a slight chance of showers on the Fourth of July.
