The business package is being offered for $550,000, Frederick Rabena told Patch. No real estate is included in the offering.

“This was not an easy decision, but after years of building and operating Yardley Distillery, I have decided that the time is right to retire,” Rabena said. “I am proud of what we have created, grateful to our employees and customers, and committed to finding the right buyer to carry the business forward.”

Yardley Distillery — established in 2021 — has developed a recognizable local brand while combining craft spirits, food, cocktails, entertainment, and hospitality.

Frederick Rabena said a qualified buyer can acquire an established business platform with operating assets at both locations.

He said that both operations will remain open and operating through the sale.

"Customers are encouraged to continue visiting, dining, attending events, and supporting the business," Rabena said.

He said the sale is being handled confidentially.

Interested buyers should email YardleyDistillery@gmail.com.

Additional business and financial information may be made available to qualified prospective buyers following an initial inquiry and completion of an appropriate confidentiality agreement.
