Corrections Investigators Nab Smithfield Man In Disorderly Conduct Charge: Cops

The Smithfield man was remanded to the Adult Correctional Institutions, police said.

SMITHFIELD, RI — Corrections investigators arrested a Smithfield man on a disorderly conduct charge, police said.

Tyler Carew, 31, was arrested Thursday by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, the state police said in a media release.

"Mr. Carew was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI," the release said.
