Rhode Island About To Be Socked With More Snow

Winter's not done with Rhode Island yet.

Rain Wednesday and Wednesday night will turn to snow about 11 p.m. with a low temperature of about 28 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

The chance of precipitation is 80% with less than an inch of snow accumulation.

The temperature climbs to 39 degrees Thursday but drops to 26 Thursday night when there is a chance of even more snow.

More snow — and sleet — falls Friday before 2 p.m., then rain and sleet from 2-3 p.m. followed by rain and snow Friday night with a low temperature of around 29 degrees, according to the National Weather Service forecast.

It will snow again Saturday morning but turn to rain by 11 a.m., and then more snow will fall Sunday and Sunday night, with the temperature dropping to 26 degrees.

The temperature rises to 35 Monday but there is a 50% chance it will snow yet again.
