University Of Rhode Island's Luke Stennett Wins 2nd Straight State All-Region Honors
Stennett golfed in 12 tournaments for URI in 2025-26.

KINGSTON, RI — University of Rhode Island sophomore Luke Stennett won all-region honors for a second straight year.
Stennett was named to the 2026 Division I PING Northeast All-Region Team.
"I couldn't be prouder of Luke for yet another honor acknowledging his hard work but also for the growing maturity he showed through the season," Rhode Island head coach Gregg Burke said in a post on the university's website.

"I'm especially proud that he made Dean's List during the Spring semester because I know how hard he worked and what it meant to him," the post said. "He also became more self-aware and took more and more steps toward finding his place in the world."
Stennett golfed in 12 tournaments for URI in 2025-26, according to the post.
