Woonsocket Woman Charged With Possessing Child Pornography

The Woonsocket woman was arrested by the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, police said.

WOONSOCKET, RI — A Woonsocket woman was charged with possessing child pornography.

Jodilee Rose, 38, was arrested Wednesday by the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the state police said in a media release.

"Ms. Rose was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to Sixth Division District Court," the release said.

"Ms. Rose was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Stephen M. Isherwood, where bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance and special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors as well as limited internet access," according to the release.

Court records show Rose was ordered to have "no use of internet, smartphone and computer."

The state police failed to respond to a request for further information on the case.
