Work Week Closes With Showers, Fog And Thunderstorms: Rhode Island Weather

Expect a wet and foggy end to the work week in Rhode Island.

A chance of thunderstorms after 2 p.m. Thursday will be followed by cloudy sky, according to the National Weather Service, which predicted a high temperature of 79 degrees.

Thursday night will be fogguy with a low of 64.

The National Weather Service forecast calls for a foggy Friday with a slight chance of showers and a high of 83.

A mostly cloudy Friday night will have a low temperature dropping to around 61 with a north wind of 6 mph.
