Johnston Man Wanted On Conspiracy And Shoplifting Charges Captured: Cops

The Johnston man was arrested by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, police said.

CRANSTON, RI — A Johnston man wanted on conspiracy and shoplifting charges was captured, police said.

Nickoli Torrico, 44, was arrested Thursday by the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, the state police said in a media release.

Torrico was arrested on a warrant charging him with felony shoplifting, felony conspiracy and violating a no contact order, according to the release.

"Mr. Torrico was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cranston Police Department," the release said.
