Pawtucket Man Charged With DUI: Cops

He was arrested after a crash in Cranston, police said.

CRANSTON, RI — A Pawtucket man was charged with driving under the influence following a crash in Cranston, police said.

Junior Zabala Ramos, 47, was arrested after the "motor vehicle accident on Route 10" shortly before midnight Wednesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Zabala Ramos was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Zabala Ramos was processed at state police headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace and "released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date," according to police.
