East Greenwich Art Club Meeting: Wrapped in Nature-Wil-Crafted Wearable Art

On Tuesday, October 6^th, the East Greenwich Art Club will meet at United Methodist Church, 1558 South County Trail, from 7-9 PM. The meeting is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. After a brief meeting, Rhode Island artist and designer, Sara Seelenbrandt, will present a program titled: “Wrapped in Nature-Wild –Crafted Wearable Art”. Sara graduated from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). She worked for a decade in a leadership role in New York, at an Italian fashion house, Etro. Her work now rekindles our innate connection to the natural world, bridging fashion and nature, through wearable, site-responsive forms constructed from foraged natural materials.
