Exeter Man Charged With Willful Trespass: Cops

The Exeter man was also charged with injury/removal of vegetation or malicious injury to buildings and/or fences, police said.

EXETER, RI — An Exeter man was charged with willful trespass and injury/removal of vegetation or malicious injury to buildings and/or fences, police said.

Asa Davis III, 60, was arrested about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Estate Drive in the Town of Exeter and subsequently locating" Davis, the release said.

Davis was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and taken to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment, the release said.
