Lincoln Man Charged With Lack of Permit Or License For Pistol: Police
The Lincoln man was arrested by the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force, police said.
LINCOLN, RI — A Lincoln man was charged with failing to have a license or permit to carry a pistol, police said.
Edmilson Barros, 31, was arrested Wednesday by the Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Barros was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment," the release said.
