Massachusetts Man Arrested On Vandalism Charge At Bally's Casino In Lincoln: Cops
The Auburn resident was arrested by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit, police said.
LINCOLN, RI — A Massachusetts man was arrested on a vandalism charge at Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino, police said.
Mihail Capita, 39, was arrested on Valentine's Day by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Capita, a resident of Auburn, was charged with vandalism or malicious damage to property, according to the release.

Capita was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bail, police said.
