Wanted North Smithfield Woman Arrested And Jailed: Cops

LINCOLN, RI — A wanted Smithfield woman was arrested during a traffic stop and jailed, police said.

Pamela Laiweneek, 45, was pulled over on Twin River Road in Lincoln shortly after 2 a.m. Friday and arrested on a warrant charging her with failing to appear in court, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Laiweneek was processed at the Lincoln Wood Barracks and taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions, according to the release.
