NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Police departments are beginning to announce parking bans. So far, according to the RI Broadcasters' Association, Hopkinton, Middletown, Richmond, West Greenwich and Jamestown have made it official.
Hopkinston Police: Until midnight.
Jamestown Police: Parking Ban Through Tomorrow; Saturday 6pm until noon Sunday
