Cumberland Man Charged With DUI After North Providence Crash: Cops
He was also charged with refusing a chemical test, police said.
NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI — A Cumberland man was charged with driving under the influence following a crash in on Route 146 in North Providence, police said.
Gerald Skelton, 55, was arrested shortly before 10:45 p.m. Saturday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Skelton was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Skelton was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
