Pawtucket Man Charged With Indecent Exposure
The Pawtucket man surrendered to the law Tuesday, police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket man was charged with indecent exposure.
Charles Wheeler, 55, was arrested shortly before 10 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of disorderly conduct — indecent exposure, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Wheeler surrendering himself into the Lincoln Woods Barracks," the release said.

"Wheeler was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Third Division District Court," according to the release.
