Providence Woman Charged With DUI: Cops

She was pulled over on Valley Street in Providence, police said.

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence woman was charged with driving under the influence, police said.

Kaley Norris, 35, was pulled over and arrested on Valley Street in Providence shortly before 1:30 a.m. Sunday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Norris was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Norris was processed at state police headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace and "released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date," according to police.
