Scituate Man Charged With Conspiracy And Intending To Deliver Coke: Cops
The Scituate man's "arrest was the result of search warrants executed at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation," police said.
SCITUATE, RI — A Scituate man was charged with conspiracy and intending to deliver cocaine, police said.
Roberto Cruz, 54, was arrested Tuesday on charges of possession with the intent to deliver cocaine and controlled substance conspiracy, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Cruz was arrested by the state police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force, according to the release.

"The arrest was the result of search warrants executed at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation," the release said.
Cruz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and taken to the Third District Court for an arraignment, according to the release.
