Coventry man charged with DUI: Cops
He was pulled over and arrested in West Warwick, police said.
WEST WARWICK, RI — A Coventry man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
James Holgate, 28, was pulled over and arrested on Interstate 95 in West Warwick shortly before 10:30 p.m. Sept. 4, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Holgate was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Holgate was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
