Hope Man Jailed For Missing Court In Weapons Case: Cops
The Hope man was taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions, police said.
WEST WARWICK, RI — A Hope man wanted for missing court in a weapons case was captured during a traffic stop, police said.
Joshua Harrington, 19, was pulled over shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday on Cowesett Avenue in West Warwick and arrested on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court for a weapons other than firearms case, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop. Harrington was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center," the release said.
