Sun, Sand & Sparkle: Divas® Running Series Brings Glam to Galveston
This women-owned, women-led event returns Sunday, April 26, in support of the Resource and Crisis Center of Galveston County, Inc.
The Divas® Running Series returns to Galveston on Sunday, April 26, bringing its signature blend of glam, grit, and girl power to Beach Central, 2102 Seawall Boulevard. After a six-year break, the women-owned, women-led event is back, with new ownership and proceeds benefiting the Resource and Crisis Center of Galveston County, Inc., continuing its mission of empowerment both on and off the course.
The event invites women of all ages - along with the men who support them - to run, walk, or celebrate together along the Gulf Coast at sunrise. Every finisher receives a commemorative medal, and virtual options are available for those who would like to participate, but are unable to attend the event.
"Galveston provides the perfect backdrop for this celebration of women," said Danielle Snare, owner of the Divas® Running Series. "This event is about more than miles. It's about confidence, connection, and creating unforgettable memories together."

Race Schedule
- The Half Marathon begins at 7 a.m.
- The 5K follows at 7:15 a.m.
This event gives participants the perfect opportunity to stroll or run along the beautiful Gulf Coast while soaking in sunrise views and empowering vibes. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply showing up for camaraderie, this event promises an unforgettable blend of fun, fitness, and fabulousness.

Included With Registration
Participants will strut their stuff in a fabulous pink tutu paired with an official Diva race shirt, included with registration. Along the course, runners can grab a tiara and feather boa before making their way to a dazzling finish-line moment. Every finisher will receive a commemorative medal celebrating strength and sparkle – because every diva deserves her spotlight.
