Free Family Music in Round Rock: Tío Tóto at Hometown Lunchtime Parklet Shows
Event Details
Where: Parklet #4 (Griffith Building Paseo), 216 E Main St, Downtown Round Rock. Free, all ages.
The Hometown Lunchtime Parklet Shows are part of the City of Round Rock's Music on Main series: free midday concerts on Tuesdays and Thursdays this fall, rotating between parklets downtown. On Thursday, October 29, bilingual children's music act Tío Tóto takes over Parklet #4 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM with an interactive show where the audience becomes the band: kids sing, dance, invent lyrics and help write songs on the spot. Jeffee Jamz is also on the bill.
It's an easy midday outing for toddlers, preschoolers and homeschool families. Bring the stroller, pack a lunch or pick one up from a downtown Round Rock business, and turn an ordinary Thursday into a musical adventure.
