My passions are writing, dancing and creating! I am a facilitator, a lover of truth and staying true to my inner self. I facilitate workshops that allow others a safe place to share their story, their grief and learn more about themselves.

I am The Italian Grandmama with lots of ideas, tips and tricks! Whether your're a parent or grandparent, you'll learn something new!

I am caregiver for my husband who had a motorcycle accident in 2015 that left him a paraplegic. I am available for speaking at caregivers groups. My husband and I are available to speak with paraplegics, wheelchair users, families of people with disabilities and share our journey of love and hope.

I am a Christian Catholic with a strong faith and the knowledge that without God, I couldn't have any peace with the trials that I've been through.
