BCHD Hybrid Board of Directors and Study Session Meetings   

Looking to add a little connection to your week? Join our friendly Social Hour with BCHD Care Managers—an easygoing hour to talk, laugh and share with others in the community. We meet on Zoom from 10 to 11 a.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, and in person on the second Monday of the month at 2 p.m. at the Joslyn Center in Manhattan Beach. Each session offers a relaxed space to discuss favorite pastimes, books, movies and whatever else sparks conversation. It’s a great opportunity to exchange stories, learn about others’ interests and stay socially engaged. Our team is also available to answer questions about Beach Cities Health District’s programs and services. We’d love to connect with you!

The Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau announces the return of Fiesta Hermosa Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 23 through Monday, May 25.
Fiesta Hermosa will take place throughout the entire downtown Hermosa Beach area from Valley Drive to the beach, and will feature family-friendly activities, live music, outdoor shopping, food and beverages, local retail and vendor promotions, and carnival rides and games. To accommodate all attendees, the event features remote, free shuttle parking.
“We’re especially excited about the music and community energy at Fiesta Hermosa this year,” says Michelle Crispin, President/CEO of the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau. “The legendary The Lighthouse Cafe has once again curated a killer lineup of high-energy cover bands for the Garden Stage, sponsored by the Beach Football League, which will also host youth clinics and an exhibition game on the beach south of the Pier on Saturday. The Acoustic Stage, sponsored by <a target="_blank" href="https://www.marlinequity.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com" rel="nofollow noopener">Marlin Equity Partners</a>, will sound incredible thanks to our Chamber member partner <a target="_blank" href="https://www.hermosasoundlab.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com" rel="nofollow noopener">Hermosa Sound Lab</a>. The Garden is back and better than ever with an upgraded stage, an unbeatable band lineup and nonstop energy all weekend.
