Roll up your sleeves and join Issaquah Highlands for the annual city-wide clean-up in honor of Earth Day! Check-in at Blakely Hall on Saturday, April 18, and spend a couple of hours making a difference in our community! Meet up at Blakely Hall to distribute supplies and locations at 9 a.m., then head out across the community. Once you’ve finished the clean-up, meet back at Blakely Hall for a pizza lunch, courtesy of Highlands Fiber Network! 
All are welcome, including individuals, families and groups. There are jobs for all ages and abilities. Come dressed to get a little messy! Participants are encouraged to bring their own work gloves. Students can earn community service hours. Bring a friend, meet neighbors and make a difference in your community. This event is hosted by Highlands Council.

All ages are welcome. However, audience members must be able to sit attentively and remain respectful throughout the performances. To ensure a positive experience for performers and guests, children who are running around or causing distractions will be asked to step outside.

Join local fitness instructors for a free morning workout every Saturday in May. This is a great way to try a variety of workouts and get ready for summer! Each workout is free and appropriate for all fitness levels. Please bring your own yoga mat. A few mats will be available, but not enough for the whole class.
 On May 2, Infinite Taekwondo will begin with simple stretching, followed by light cardio, basic kicking drills and target kicking practice. The session will conclude with some light fitness exercises. 
Disclaimer: Children are welcome, but only if they plan to participate in the workout class. Please note that children must be supervised at all times as there will be no staff available to watch them separately.

This dynamic, all-levels class will focus on core strength, glutes, posture and total-body toning. Expect a fun, athletic flow that builds strength and stability with modern Pilates techniques. Pineapple Life will provide the beats, Pilates wheels, resistance bands and blocks. Just bring yourself and a mat.
